The World Record – Bittoo Tikki Wala

Recently in Gurgaon, Mr. Sanjeev from Bittoo Tikki Wala made a 5ft. long and giant Aloo Tikki and ranked in India Book of Records. It is now considered as India’s biggest Tikki. In order to prepare this Tikki, a special Tawa has been manufactured, which weighs whopping 400 kg. This Tikki can be served to around 60 people.

To prepare this Tikki, it took 4 gas cylinders, 50 kg potatoes, and 1 kg Cheese. It took just 35 minutes to prepare this Tikki. According to an official from India Book of Records, Tikki must be at above 4 ft. long to enter India Book of Records. It was measured and found up to 5 feet long.
